  • We stress the importance of having a primary care physician to provide regular, evidence-based preventative care for all ages (newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors)
  • Patients with a fever or who were possibly exposed to COVID-19 are asked to alert us prior to coming into office.
  • Telehealth visits are offered to patients who are ill, or not comfortable coming into our office (call for appointment)
  • ALL patients (>2 yrs old) must wear a mask while in our office.
  • Patients may call the office from their vehicle when they arrive for their appointment to ensure a safe entry into the office.
  • DRIVE-THRU Flu Vaccines are offered to all patients (call for appointment).
  • Medication refills can be requested through our Patient Portal or by calling our office.
  • As we strive to give a high level of care, we encourage our patients to play an active role in their care
  • The practice coordinates care across multiple setting including: specialists, hospitals, rehab centers, behavioral health, and other settings
  • We encourage our patients to give other providers or facilities our information when they seek care outside the practice
  • Patients/families/caregivers can expect evidence-based care from their clinician and team, as well as support for self-management of their health and healthcare, including educational resources and current literature regarding specific health issues
  • We are concerned with the whole patient care, which includes behavioral healthcare. We are looking to meet the needs of our patients/families/caregivers in coordinating behavioral healthcare
  • We provide equal access to all patients regardless of the source of payment or insurance status.
  •  Wendy or Aimee on our team can assist new patients in the transition to migrate their personal health record from their former provider to our practice.
